Triathlon, you’ll have to train but, you don’t have to be a pro to tri it out.
Where: Wherever you can. I am doing mine at the Y and weather permitting will take the bike and run portions outside.
Why: 7 weeks of cross training & why not?

What: A Sprint Triathlon
- 1/4 mile swim
- 15 mile bike ride
- 5k run / walk
